McNeil Consumer and Specialty Pharmaceuticals asked Marx Creative to produce a commercial to generate awareness for the Tylenol brand's new Keep Moving program. The spot needed to generate a feeling of "revolution," urging people who have arthritis pain to stand up, take control, and move beyond the physical limitations encountered by the millions of people who have osteoarthritis. The production became of Marx Creative's largest undertakings-- shutting down streets, complicated swooping crane shots on film, and the acquisition and coordination of scores of extras scene in the final scenes of the commercial.
